thank u, next

In memoriam ... Thank you for your service, GTFO.

The smaller one is a PowerAdd Slim 2, specs say it’s a 5000mAh/18.5Wh battery that charges at 5V⎓2A and outputs up to 5V⎓2.1A (12W). Bought July 22, 2015. I carried this when flight training (etc), and used it to supplement the internal battery on a GoPro Hero 3+ via an NFlightCam Aviation Audio+Power Cable.

The larger one is a KMASHI K-MP816 I ordered February 10, 2016. It was recommended (I think on an official stratux how to page?) for powering a Raspberry Pi-powered Stratux; the Amazon listing described it as supplying “Powerful Dual USB 3.1A Output.” The actual specs (written on the device itself): 10000mAh/37Wh; 5V⎓2A charging, 5V⎓1A on output 1, 5V⎓2.1A on output 2, but if both outputs are used, a maximum output of 5V⎓2.1A total. I don’t think I ever used it with a Stratux (I did pick up a different pack, that fit in a 3D printed mount I found for a Stratux I’ve rarely used but still want to experiment with), but it did recharge iPhone, iPad, Dual GPS, etc., devices on several longer duration missions - mostly Pilots n' Paws flights.

Neither of these hold a charge anymore, but both served well during memorable parts of my life.
