MacOS Lion Stack

A collection of apps that will still run on this ancient operating system, and keep it (somewhat) relevant:

• Waterfox Classic 2021.11 (I need to update)
  (Unofficial builds: CL-Jeremy (expressly for 10.7); WaterfoxCo)
  
• Fetch 5.6.6 (file transfer)
• FileZilla 3.2.7.1 (file transfer)
• Thunderbird 52 (email)
• LibreOffice 4.3.7.2 (word processing etc) (Microsoft Office 2011 will run on Lion and is reasonably modern, if you have it lying around or can source a copy)
• MacPorts 2.7.1 (lots of UNIX software; things like PHP, MySQL, etc) (Might need part of XCode etc.)
• NetBeans 7.4 (may not be available anymore? Found it on at least one third party site, can’t vouch for that.)
  
• OpenJDK 1.7 (PITA but I got it working; apparently 10.7.3 is the minimum for Java 7, 10.8.3 is the minimum for Java 8)
• TextWrangler 4.5.12 (text editor)
