Terminal Default Theme

Not sure why it took me more than 0.1 seconds to figure this out, but when in doubt, RTFM ... Had to hit the “Default” button at the bottom of the list of profiles and now whenever I open Terminal.app or (while using the application) open a new window, it opens using my super-kewl l33t theme.
